Pierre Bettan, from Lycee Suzanne Valadon in Limoges, France, came over for a 6-week internship in June and July 2018 and made an impression on everyone almost immediately. He studied English at the Warnborough Intensive School of English (WISE) as well.

During his six weeks with us, he undertook many tasks and responsibilities, while also increasing his confidence in using the English language. Among some of the tasks he took on were translating our brochures to French, handling the budgeting for Warnborough’s 45th anniversary events and the Canterbury Arts Conference, and camera duties.

He certainly learnt and did a lot and was pleased with his stint here.
